The Neptune uses fixed-point targeting to work a specific knot rather than running a generic programme. The CirC 3 uses an extendable SL-curved track that follows the spine from neck to glutes, with a 4D fascia mechanism and a Pilates stretch sequence. Both arrive assembled and plug into a standard socket.
