Where we deliver

Thermo Spa SA delivers and installs throughout South Africa, covering all nine provinces: Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, North West, Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

Delivery cost

Product prices displayed on this website include VAT and exclude delivery and installation. Delivery and installation are quoted separately for each order, because the cost depends on your distance from our depot, the access at your property, the size and weight of the unit, and whether craning or specialised handling is required.

You receive this quotation in writing before you are asked to pay a deposit. No delivery or installation charge is ever added after you have accepted a quotation.

Delivery times

• Handling: 1 to 3 working days from confirmed order
• Delivery: 5 to 14 working days thereafter, depending on province and model
• Remote and farm addresses: may add several working days

These are estimates in working days and exclude weekends and South African public holidays. If a delay occurs we will contact you with a revised date.

Receiving your delivery

We confirm a delivery window in advance. Someone aged 18 or over must be present at the address to receive the unit and sign for it. Please inspect the goods on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery note before signing.

Access must be clear on the day. If our team cannot reach the installation position because access has changed since the site survey, or because the base is not ready, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Installation

Installation by our certified technicians is included in the quoted installation fee. Electrical connection to your distribution board must be performed by a registered electrician who issues a Certificate of Compliance; your quotation will state whether this is included or arranged by you.

Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
