What we actually do

We are a supply-and-install business, not a showroom that hands you a pallet and wishes you luck. Every order includes a site survey before you pay a deposit, delivery, professional installation by certified technicians, and a handover session where we run through heating, water care and covers with you on site.

That sequence exists because most of what goes wrong with a hot tub goes wrong at installation. Wrong surface, wrong electrical supply, access that a four-metre swim spa cannot physically get through. We would rather find that out with a tape measure than with a crane and an unhappy customer.

How we specify

• Honest sizing. If a two-seater suits your patio better than the six-seater you enquired about, we will say so — and we will tell you when the bigger unit genuinely is the better buy.
• Running costs up front. A spa that is cheap to buy and expensive to run is not a bargain. We talk about insulation, covers and heater type before we talk about jets.
• South African conditions. Coastal air, Highveld winters, load-shedding and three-phase availability all change the right answer. Our wood-fired and off-grid range exists for exactly this reason.
• No surprise costs. Prices on this site include VAT. Delivery and installation are quoted separately and in writing after the site survey, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.

The range

Thirty models from R12 500 to R140 000 across seven categories: hot tubs, swim spas, spa baths, saunas and steam rooms, ice baths and chillers, wood fired tubs and massage chairs. Warranties run to five years on the shell and three years on components, depending on the model.
